Bluescape Pools & Spas wanted to target apartment and condominium complexes that had existing pools. They specifically wanted to spotlight their abilities to renovate, remodel and upgrade pools.
Search Localizer, an Orlando-based digital marketing firm, was asked to recommend a strategy for marketing their services to residential community owners and managers.
Search Localizer developed a concept for a landing page that explained how an outdated or unattractive pool in a residential community could be hurting property owners in their wallets by deterring prospects from becoming tenants and by limiting what they could charge for rent. They brought in Susan Greene, a Florida copywriter, to flesh out their concept and write the copy.
Susan wrote copy that talked about all of Bluescape Pools capabilities, from plaster repairs and equipment upgrades to depth conversion and the addition of a spa. The landing page includes bulleted services, testimonials, FAQs and a call-to-action offering free estimates.
Bluescape Pools & Spas used pay-per-click ads to drive traffic to this comprehensive landing page. In many ways it became their corporate website, effectively telling the company’s whole story in a single, scrolling, information-packed promotion.
It served to not only generate customer leads but also to make existing customers aware of Bluescape’s extensive range of pool-related services.
