Susan Greene, a freelance real estate copywriter, was asked to work with the company’s web design firm to create its Dubai niche website. The goal of the website was to attract global buyers who might be interested in investing in Dubai real estate.
Susan did extensive research on Dubai and on condo hotels. In addition to managing the entire web design project, she wrote the website including more than 30 articles and press releases about Dubai real estate.
The first year the website was launched Condo Hotel Center sold more condos in Dubai than any other real estate company in North America. Nearly all buyers came through this Condo Hotels Dubai website. Additionally, the company was able to build a database of over 10,000 real estate investors gathered through the website.
