Because most of buyers of second homes in Central America purchase property from abroad sight unseen, the company’s website had to provide enough information for the real estate buyer to feel confident about working with the company in making a real estate purchase.

Solution

Susan Greene, freelance copywriter, wrote about the company, the process for buying property abroad, and detailed descriptions of the vacation homes that were available.  The website didn’t need to close the sale.  It simply needed to provide enough information that the buyer contacted the real estate firm and was willing to speak with a salesperson.
