Berg Benefits was in the process of redoing its old website to create something fresh and compelling. One aspect the company’s owner wanted to add was case studies. Berg Benefits had been in existence for over 45 years and had plenty of compelling stories about clients they’d helped. All they needed was someone to capture those stories “on paper” to create a lead-generating resource.

Solution

Susan Greene was writing copy for Berg Benefits’ new website, brought in by the Seattle web developer company Thrive Design. Berg decided to have Susan write up the case studies, which could then be added to the new website and also used as standalone marketing collateral.

Result

Susan gathered information from various members of the Berg Benefits’ team to get the details for each case study.

Once she’d written them up, Thrive added them to the website where they have helped convert visitors into qualified leads and sales.
