Challenge

Although the healthcare organization behind Strive Recovery had a 20-year history of success, expanding into a new state meant starting over in a sense. Strive Recovery’s new facility would be its first in Indiana.

To introduce its name and services, the organization hired Susan Greene to write the copy for its new website. Her first task was to create a Home page that gave addicts and their loved ones hope that recovery was indeed possible.

Solution

Susan Greene interviewed key people in charge of the new facility to understand its treatment solutions for drug and alcohol addiction as well as co-occurring mental health issues.

Knowing that it might be a family member of the addict reading the copy, she made sure to explain how Strive offers personalized, compassionate treatment in a safe, homelike setting. She crafted pages for each of Strive’s key services — Detox, Residential Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Sober Living.

Result

Because the website was one of the first marketing pieces created for Strive Recovery, it set the tone for the facility’s positioning in the market and gave prospective clients and their loved ones an understanding of its talented staff and their capabilities.
