Challenge

The business had been built on referrals and repeat customers over severaldecades. It had a large and loyal following. However, competitors had recently beengaining market share and Guardian Tree Systems realized it was potentially missing out onnew business. They knew building a corporate website was long overdue.

Solution

Guardian Tree Systems hired Kone Marketing, an Ontario marketing firm, to oversee the development of the company’s new website. Kone brought in Susan Greene, freelance copywriter, to write the site’s content. She wrote pages that not only told of the company’s impressive history but also outlined the many services it offered.

Result

The website has given Guardian Tree Systems a web presence and helping the company to attract new customers. It’s also generating new business from existing customers who previously were not aware of the many services the company offered.

Here's what the client said about the copy:

We are thrilled with everything you've done

Hey Susan,

Just wanted to thank you again for the copy you did for Guardian Tree Systems. Dan and I are thrilled with everything you’ve done and we’re hoping that you’re happy with working with us. We just sent over a small Amazon gift card to say thank you for everything you contributed to this project. We’re looking forward to working with you on a lot more projects in the future. Thanks again, Susan.
