Skylink had an outdated website that didn’t accurately reflect the broad capabilities of the company and made it difficult to compete online with other suppliers. Additionally, it wanted to use its website to more effectively market its extensive inventory of 260,000 aircraft parts.
Nate Anglin, VP of Acquisitions & Information Technology, sent Susan Greene, website copywriter, the following note: “I am currently in the process of redesigning our website. The web design company asked me if I could provide them with all the writing material for the site. I almost fainted. Can you help?”
Susan worked closely with Nate to write the 12 main pages of the website.
The new copy is an accurate representation of the company and is effective in attracting new and existing customers to purchase its aircraft parts and book aircraft repair services.
