Challenge

Priority Roofing, with locations in Dallas and Austin, Texas, had been extremely successful at gaining residential clients but their goal was to focus on attracting more commercial and industrial roofing jobs. 

Solution

They chose to work with Inovo Studios and Susan Greene, copywriter, to create some promotions that targeted the commercial market. They began with a landing page that explained their capabilities in doing roofs for office buildings, warehouses, apartment complexes and more. 

Susan wrote copy that explained the six kinds of commercial roof systems  offered and positioned Priority Roofing as experts in their installation. She made sure to point out key selling points, such as the company’s quality workmanship and exceptional warranties. The copy included a sampling of Priority’s numerous five-star reviews. The call-to-action was to schedule an estimate.

Result

Priority Roofing began running a series of online ads that drove traffic to the commercial roofing landing page.

The landing page was effective at getting prospects to contact the company for an estimate on doing their roof, generating leads for the sales staff and ultimately resulting in increased sales.
